Designed by Foster + Partners, Principal Place is a 15 storey, commercial development close to Liverpool Street in the City of London.

ASG was appointed by Multiplex to carry out the extensive stone cladding, tiling and hard landscaping package. The work included over 2,000m2 of large format porcelain floor tiling internally, incorporating the supply and installation of the raised access flooring below it. Outside, ASG laid 3,500m2 of Dorato quartz and Scoutmoor Yorkstone paving, treads and risers to the plaza, which incorporated stainless steel inserts and tactile paving. Dorato quartz was also used for cladding and cappings for the planters. Up on level 16, ASG designed and installed 300m2 of Jura rainscreen cladding.

The 15,000 sq ft reception with its feature wall, sofas, and mezzanine is breathtaking. The building achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ sustainability rating and the world-renowned online retailer Amazon moved in early in 2018.
