ASG is one of the few stone contractors that can offer the full range of marble, granite and stone-related services for every application: both internal and external, new build and refurbishment.
Stone Cladding & Flooring
Over the last 20 years, we’ve successfully installed stone cladding and flooring in dozens of high profile buildings. Highlights include the Hilton Metropole Hotel and Amazon's UK head office at Principal Place.
Floor & Wall Tiling
We’ve built our reputation on delivering complex marble, limestone and granite sub-contract packages on time and on budget. Having worked with most of the construction industry’s premier contractors such as Multiplex, McAlpine and Mace, our capabilities are illustrated by the level of repeat business from these, and several other discerning contractors.
Cleaning & Restoration
Whether your project incorporates retained masonry facades that need to
be cleaned and repaired, or you need internal restoration expertise for a Listed
building. We have extensive experience working on historic buildings throughout
London and the South East such as the Café Royal in Leicester Square and the
National Portrait Gallery in Trafalgar Square.
Installation & Maintenance
After PC we can ensure your installation remains pristine and compliant
with a scheduled maintenance programme. This is particularly important for
heavily trafficked areas in offices, shops and hotels, where the slip resistance can decrease over time.
Factory
We are one of the few remaining stone
contractors with our own stone processing factory. This gives us the ability to
offer a very quick turnaround on orders where we’re installing the stone. This is
particularly useful when we’re working with an imported marble or granite with
a long lead time. Processing the stone in our factory can be the difference
between keeping your site working and pulling off site while waiting for a
delivery.
Design & Management
Modern contracts often include elements
of ‘contractor’s design portion’. As the stone specialist, we develop the
architect’s conceptual design as part of our contract. When the stone details
have been drawn, they are sent to the project team for approval before
manufacture.
